P27 Nordic Payments has appointed two new members to the board of directors, including a successor to former interim chair Paula da Silva.
Da Silva, who has served in the position since P27’s founding in 2019, has been succeeded as board chair by Martin Andersson, who served previously as Director-General of Finansinspektionen (FI), Sweden’s financial supervisory authority.
Also joining the board is Silvija Seres, currently Managing Partner with Technorocks, a technology investment company based in Norway.
“As independent board members Martin and Silvija will, with their competence and experience, add valuable expertise to the board,” says da Silva, who remains as an ordinary member of the P27 board.
Both Anderssson and Seres assumed their positions on the board starting on January 1, 2021.
