Customer Onboarding Manager for P27 Nordic Payments

About this opportunity

We are looking for a qualified person who can play a vital role in continuing our journey of paving the way for future of payments in the Nordics by enhancing the way we onboard customers to P27. You will be trusted to drive the onboarding of customers to P27 together with the relationship managers as a member of the P27 Customers & Relations team.  A key success factor in this opportunity is to understand the customers’ internal processes for joining new payments systems and thereby deliver a strong and well-organized onboarding experience for P27’s customer banks. 

About the role

You will be responsible for preparing and co-ordinating the customer on-boarding and the related customer assessment. You will also be responsible for the process to update the common customer agreements with the P27 customers and other related activities. When performing the work, you will work in close collaboration with the relationship managers and many specialists across the company. P27 is a Nordic company, and you will work with customers across the Nordics. The role requires certain knowledge in commercial law, but you do not need to be a lawyer. 

You will report to the Head of Customers & Relations, and you can be located in either Helsinki or Stockholm.   Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for preparing and co-ordinating the customer on-boarding, the customer-assessment and customer monitoring
  • Be in charge of the process for updating customer agreements 
  • Be responsible for facilitating risk work within Customers & Relations including follow up on risk assessments

Your experience and background

  • 5+ years of experience from Banking or the Financial industry 
  • Knowledge within commercial law and project co-ordination
  • Fluency in English and in one of the Nordic languages (working language is English)
  • Educational level: Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines or similar experience obtained from several years in the industry
