Compensation and Benefits Specialist for P27 Nordic Payments

About this opportunity

With a direct report to the Head of HR, you will be located at our office in Stockholm and be part of a strong Nordic HR team who supports managers and employees across the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden). Together, you will take HR to the next level following the growth strategy of the company that currently employs approximately 70 skilled and experienced professionals.

You will play a key role in ensuring that we build the right capabilities and encourage behaviors that support a high engagement level throughout the organisation. You will be part of making P27 an attractive and sustainable employer – for both existing and future employees.

About the role

As the Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will support the organisation with adequate C&B processes that help attract and retain talents and drive business growth. You will be responsible for driving the annual C&B processes including annual salary review and variable payments. Furthermore, you will keep P27 aligned with the local job markets in the Nordic region ensuring best practices on compensation and benefits and providing support to HR and managers on salary benchmarking and governance etc. within the C&B area.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain adequate compensation and benefits processes
  • Set compensation benchmark standard for P27 in all countries
  • Drive the salary review process including variable payment and OTP 
  • Secure that pensions and insurances are aligned with policies and local market standards
  • Support managers in payroll matters
  • Follow up and act as the first point of contact with the external payroll provider

About you

You are interested in people and you like the thought of building something up. You bring a proven background within compensation and benefits and a broad HR knowledge – and preferably an educational background within HR, business administration, law, or economics at Bachelor/Master level. As a person, you enjoy working independently but also in a team sharing experiences and heading for the same goals.

Your experience and background

  • Relevant degree on a university level 
  • Plus 5 years from a C&B position 
  • Broad knowledge in the HR area 
  • It is seen as an advantage if you bring knowledge from more countries within the Nordic region 
  • Experience within the financial or Fintech industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English as well as in a Nordic language (written/oral) is required (working language is English).
